Eric Streisand
Founder
Mr. Streisand has spent over 25 years investing in, advising and operating companies. He launched Beem Holdings in 2017 after nearly a decade managing two single family investment offices, most recently Bessemer Securities Private Investment Fund I on behalf of the billionaire Phipps family, which traces its business holdings back to a material share in Carnegie Steel (it is also the largest stakeholder in Bessemer Ventures). Both there and at Adakin Capital (a second NYC-based family office), Mr. Streisand oversaw the assemblage of a wide-ranging slate of direct private deals, public equities, real estate and unconventional yield generating strategies. Previously, Mr. Streisand spent 5 years at Greenlight Capital, a $10 billion hedge fund, evaluating private and public investment opportunities, eventually departing to join the senior management team of a portfolio company being taken public. Mr. Streisand began his career with a four-year tour at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Applied Mathematics (Summa Cum Laude) from Brown University.
After two decades in New York City, Mr. Streisand now resides in Nashville, TN with his son Benjamin, wife Elizabeth, daughter Edie and dog Marilyn (BEEM)

Neal Yanofsky

Daniel Simon

After a successful career as a founder and operating executive of both public and private companies in multiple industries, Dan began advising and providing partner-level services to private equity, family offices, and investment companies in 2010. Dan has established a proven process for building shareholder value and operating portfolio companies, with multiple successful exits including mergers, acquisitions, increased valuations, and IPOs.
Dan has completed several successful mandates with Emerson Elemental (Steve Jobs Family Office), Bessemer, Mars family (Mars, Inc.), Hicks Holdings, GLC Advisors, Kiewit, and other confidential family offices. Dan was most recently the CEO of Baswood, Inc where he successfully refinanced, refocused the business, and completed a merger. From 2010 to 2015, Dan served as the CEO of Heliae, where he built a world-class biotech company, raised over $120M, and grew it from the laboratory to revenue stage, selling products at the largest retailers in the world. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Simon co-founded Biofuel Energy Corp (Nasdaq - BIOF) and led it from its inception, through an IPO in 2007, and up to $650 MM in annual revenue
Mr. Simon has earned extensive Board leadership experience contributing as a Chairman and/or Board Member to more than 10 public and private companies and universities. Having lived in 4 countries and worked in over 30, Dan has acquired extensive international business experience and is proficient in both the Spanish and Japanese languages.

Joel Alsfine

Mr. Alsfine is a senior advisor to MSD Capital L.P. in New York, the investment firm formed in 1998 to exclusively manage the capital of Michael Dell and his family. Mr. Alsfine joined MSD Capital L.P. in 2002, served as a partner from 2014 to 2020, and has served as a senior advisor since 2020. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Alsfine was Managing Director of TG Capital Corp. in Florida.
